  • Our elite team has experience with hundreds of projects spanning five (5) states. We employ exceptional builders who are fully licensed, insured, and proven to consistently produce best-in-class results.

  • Each one of our team members has been thoroughly vetted to ensure the quality delivery of your project. You'll only sign off when you're satisfied with the result, and a punch list feature lets you log any outstanding fixes to be addressed by your contractor. At the end of the day, they’re perfectionists too.

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We’ve developed systems to help manage your project and expectations.

  • We provide you with a management platform for your entire project. We help you easily communicate your designs, make payments, get build updates, and more.

  • Everytime a milestone is hit, you’ll be notified through your dashboard and get pictures from the renovation site so that you can track your project’s progress. You won’t miss a screw, nail, or bolt along the way.

  • If you run into any problems during your build, our team will be right there to get your project back on track. Even the best-made plans can run into roadblocks, but with Chelsea Developers, you can rest assured that there will always be someone there to help.

  • Your payments will only be released to us after key agreed-upon milestones are hit. More transparency, less worry.
